Plans include the following services for a full year at no extra charge:
- Dental exams (two per year)
- Emergency exam (1 per year)
- X-rays (all necessary X-rays per year)
- Fluoride treatments (one per year for ALL ages)
- Simple teeth cleanings (two per year)
- All other dental services are offered at a 20% discount from regular price.
There are no pre-existing condition exclusions or exclusions for elective or cosmetic treatment.
You receive a 20% savings on:
- All types of restorations including fillings, crowns, bridges, and veneers
- Root Canals
- Implants
- Periodontal Treatment
- Dentures and Partials
- Occlusal Guards
- Extractions
- Sealants
There is NO yearly maximum amounts. NO waiting periods to begin treatment. NO cumulative annual deductibles. NO limitations to frequency of treatments.
This plan is not valid in conjunction with any other dental plans.
